Help Desk Analyst 112 Month Contract (W2) | Hybrid - Conyers, GAMust be Bilingual (Spanish/English) Join our dynamic support team as a Help Desk Analyst, where you'll provide first-level technical support for both internal users and external customers. This hybrid role, based in Conyers, GA, involves troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues, as well as assisting customers with online accounts, password resets, and mobile credentials. What You'll Do: Respond to high-volume calls in a call center setting Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate complex ones to Tier 2 support Support users with Windows, Office, and mobile access needs Maintain ticket queues and ensure timely resolution What You Bring: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Bonus: Experience with Outlook, Windows 10, and Apple iOS Be part of a team that values responsiveness, professionalism, and making tech support a positive experience.
