Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Respond to customer inquiries : You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Requirements To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent : We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, as a minimum. Previous customer service experience : Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but we're open to considering candidates with the right skills and attitude.
