Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support and Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide inbound customer support, resolve technical issues, and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure efficient customer support Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology preferred Offer additional products and/or services to customers as needed Deliver expert customer experiences with a focus on building customer relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide effective solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and resolve technical issues efficiently Essential Qualifications Strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred Open availability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A high school diploma or GED, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications Technical support experience, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills Strong knowledge of customer service software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly Certifications or training in customer service, technical support, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
