Key Responsibilities Craft tailored job descriptions for diverse recruiter roles (Junior to Lead) and post on LinkedIn, Facebook, and job boards. Use LinkedIn Recruiter Seat to actively source recruitment candidates. Keep the candidate database in Notion accurate and current. Review CVs, conduct intake interviews, and manage candidate documentation. Create and manage engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to attract recruiters. Develop a comprehensive "white book" in Notion detailing all company processes. Conduct research and SWOT analyses, and assist in strategy and recruitment tool implementation. Contribute to a marketing agenda to attract recruiters to our network. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for both recruitment and business support. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in managing databases like Notion and familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and job boards are highly desirable. Experience with recruitment software is a plus.
