Job Overview The Sales Analytics team at blithequark plays a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion. As a Sales Analytics and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing account-level insights and supporting account managers with data analysis, recommendations, and proposals. Key Responsibilities Collect data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and blithequark databases Research and verify third-party data integrity Scour/design data and convert into system-compatible format Support Account Managers with meeting requests and requirements Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks Participate in ad-hoc projects/research requests Provide customized reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives Develop presentations with analytical results into actionable recommendations for all levels of management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Proficient written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects with tight deadlines Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with data analysis and reporting Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
