Key Responsibilities Deliver a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions Take orders, coordinate activities in the store, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate blithequark products and services Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and other related equipment Move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, and manage retail supply Complete assigned tasks based on priority, ensuring that all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer Assist in the training of store team members and follow instructions of supervisors to perform store functions Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, ensuring that all areas are well-organized and meet blithequark's high standards Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, as well as 6+ months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods, and move and lift 55 pounds. You should also be able to bend/twist at the waist and knees, communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members, and perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction.
