About the Role As a Remote Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for our clients in the logistics industry. This is a 1099 contractor position, which means you'll have the freedom to set your own schedule and work at your own pace. You'll be paid per driver hired, with uncapped commissions that reflect your hard work and dedication. Key Responsibilities Work closely with managers at the client level to understand their current staffing needs and provide regular updates on applicant status. Assist qualified applicants in completing the carrier/client application and ensure that all required documents are sent to each carrier/client. Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, and overcome any obstacles that may prevent applicants from attending scheduled orientation. Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by management. Maintain open and effective communication with upper management and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
