You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of inquiries and requests. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, customer service, and administrative tasks, all while working remotely from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities:** * Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Update and maintain customer call data, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles. * Manage support requests; create and update customer service issue tickets. * Support in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer assistance process and manage unique management ventures, including overflow work from teams, such as word-processing, data entry, and Internet research jobs. * Manage the business's lobby area: greet and direct all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers. Straight and seat all visitors to their appointed offices and conference room and alert staff members of their arrival/appointment. * Perform general office roles, including but not limited to submitting, data access, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and task work. * Responsible for checking inventory products. **Essential Qualifications:** * Work Remotely: Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection. * MS Office Suite proficient: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. * Proven ability to follow guidelines and company policies to perform essential work functions. * Demonstrated analytical capabilities: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. * Energetic and focused with the skills to multi-task and prioritize requests. * Higher interest to detail and sturdy organizational skills are required. * Problem-solving capacities: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a timely manner. * Ability to partner with minimum oversight and solve internal concerns. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in customer service or data entry roles. * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
