Set soft appointments for financial professionals with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications Previous experience in telecommunication or a call center environment, with a minimum of 2 years in outbound appointment setting or a related field. A reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work. A dedicated, quiet workspace at home to maintain professionalism during calls. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use our CRM and other software tools. The ability to accept coaching and training, using feedback to improve performance.
