Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support and technical expertise to our clients. Your primary focus will be on setting up and maintaining the ideal environment for our products to be served, which includes fixing and servicing soft drink fountain machines. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, programming, and corrective repairs Provide exceptional customer support, working collaboratively as a team player to create a positive and supportive environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent degree/certification Valid driver's license Technical aptitude to repair machines Ability to lift 50 pounds Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as required Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and previous experience in a related field.
