As an Outside Sales Representative - Disney Travel Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients to plan and book their dream Disney vacations. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative - Disney Travel Specialist to join our team. As an Independent Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our company, generating leads, and booking Disney vacations for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and create customized travel plans that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities: Promote the company at marketing events and generate leads to drive sales growth Complete trip planning with guests, including customized itinerary creation and booking management Manage bookings and provide on-call service during guests' travel, ensuring exceptional customer service and support Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and expert knowledge to enhance their Disney vacation experiences Stay up-to-date with the latest Disney news, promotions, and offerings to provide clients with the most current and accurate information Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, you should have: A strong passion for Disney and a deep understanding of Disney vacations, including resorts, theme parks, and cruise lines Excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized support Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets Outgoing, personable, and highly customer-focused, with a pleasant phone demeanor and excellent communication skills Ability to think quickly under pressure and solve problems creatively and effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Essential Qualifications: Must have stayed at 3 Walt Disney World resorts in the past 5 years Must be available to make dining reservations at 6am EST for clients Must be available during the day to take emergency calls from traveling clients Must have a strong understanding of Disney vacations, including resorts, theme parks, and cruise lines Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a travel agent or in a related field, with a strong understanding of the travel industry and Disney vacations Experience with sales, marketing, or customer service, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets Strong knowledge of Disney resorts, theme parks, and cruise lines, with the ability to provide expert recommendations and personalized support to clients Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized support Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities Career Growth Opportunities At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
