Key Responsibilities: Inspiring Math Excellence Teach and tutor students in-center, online, or through a hybrid delivery model using the Mathnasium Method ™ , ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience. Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Assess student progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, adapting your teaching strategies to meet the evolving needs of your students. Develop proficiency with digital educational materials and processes, staying at the forefront of educational technology. Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming learning environment that encourages students to explore and learn. Qualifications: The Mathnasium Advantage Essential Qualifications: A passion for math and a proven ability to inspire and educate students. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Eagerness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method ™ and related teaching practices. Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I, with the ability to teach effectively up to this level. Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Minimum High School Sophomore standing, with 0-3 years of experience working with children in a volunteer or paid capacity. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in teaching or tutoring math, particularly with KG-12th grade students. Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning platforms.
