Our IT Offices Group is responsible for the administration and maintenance of our critical infrastructure, including data centers, remote communication rooms, and IT labs. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of this team, providing expert administration, project management, and support to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of our critical infrastructure. Manage and maintain effective communication and relationships with senior leadership, vendors, and peers. Oversee the selection, implementation, and vendor support of electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms. Develop and implement departmental policies, guidelines, rules, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations. Manage projects related to data center and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements. Ensure accurate documentation, obtain best prices for products and services, and verify that vendors meet their contractual commitments. Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation related to facilities, remote communication rooms, lab, and data center equipment. Develop Plan Guidelines for Distant Correspondence Room Space, UPS, HVAC, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems. Coordinate remote incident management resolution to airport basic gear. Maintain strict adherence to change control activities. Balance multiple priorities within established time limitations and adapt to an operation with varying shifts, extended hours, and on-call requirements. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience. Knowledge of data center technology and basic facilities infrastructure. Project management experience with remote communication room standards capital upgrades, updates, and improvements. Capital forecasting and project management for airport basic gear life cycle replacement. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A consistent focus on the health and safety of self, others, and personal data. Preferred Qualifications To give you a competitive edge, you will ideally have: A degree from a recognized university or 5 or more years of relevant experience. IT Project Management experience (minimum 2 years) within a high-availability communication room or data center working environment. Exchange School Graduate.
