About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team Our arenaflex work-from-home team is currently hiring in 40 preferred residency states across the United States. Please note that we are not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You’ll Be Doing As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the spark that brightens our customers’ days. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing them with personalized support and guidance on their healthcare needs. Your passion for helping others, combined with your strong product and brand knowledge, will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers’ expectations. A Typical Day in This Role Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to our customers’ health plans Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information What You Bring to the Role To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 6 months or more of customer service experience Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy High school diploma or equivalent Computer experience High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (e.g., iPad) for your daily log-in What You Can Expect from arenaflex At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting your career and professional development.
