You will be the face of our brand, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional experience with blithequark, driving loyalty and retention. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) * Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their questions are answered and their concerns are addressed * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate issues as needed * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to provide informed and accurate responses to customers * Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement * Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage with customers and promote blithequark's brand * Collaborate with the social media team to create and schedule content, including posts, tweets, and Instagram stories * Monitor and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, customer service, etc.) * 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field * Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving complex issues * Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the electric vehicle industry or a related field * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools * Experience with content creation and scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social * Certification in social media marketing or customer service * Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
