With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee well-being, arenaflex offers a dynamic work environment that encourages growth, creativity, and collaboration. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with the Head of Customer Experience to develop and implement business strategies, while showcasing sales leadership through active floor presence and job shadowing (70% of the time) * Ensuring all team members deliver a top-notch customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness * Recruiting, training, and developing administration and staff, maintaining brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and ensuring adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures * Maintaining brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's dress code standard and preparation rules **What You'll Bring:** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives, or equivalent * Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines * Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks * Ability to foster collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner * Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed * Valid driver's license in the country of work and ability to obtain relevant state licensing, where applicable * This role requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
