As a key member of our Packaging Strategy team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven packaging solutions that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and reduce our environmental footprint. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, design, production, and compliance, to ensure that our packaging solutions meet the needs of our customers and the environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement data-driven packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and reduce our environmental footprint * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for packaging innovation and sustainability * Develop and maintain packaging data management systems to track and analyze packaging performance metrics * Analyze industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for packaging innovation and sustainability * Develop and implement packaging compliance programs to ensure that our packaging solutions meet regulatory requirements * Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions * Develop and maintain packaging standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all packaging solutions * Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement packaging design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and the environment * Develop and implement packaging testing and validation programs to ensure that our packaging solutions meet performance and safety requirements * Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement packaging production solutions that meet the needs of our customers and the environment * Develop and implement packaging training programs to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions **Essential Qualifications:** * 4-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as packaging, engineering, or business * 4+ years of experience in packaging strategy, data management, and sustainability * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement projects on time and within budget * Experience with packaging data management systems and tools, such as SAP or Oracle * Experience with packaging compliance programs and regulatory requirements * Strong knowledge of packaging design and production principles and practices * Experience with packaging testing and validation programs **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as packaging, engineering, or business * 6+ years of experience in packaging strategy, data management, and sustainability * Experience with packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives, such as circular economy or zero-waste programs * Experience with packaging design and production software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Autodesk Inventor * Experience with packaging testing and validation software, such as Minitab or JMP * Strong knowledge of packaging industry trends and best practices * Experience with packaging compliance programs and regulatory requirements in multiple countries or regions **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and implement projects on time and within budget * Experience with packaging data management systems and tools, such as SAP or Oracle * Experience with packaging compliance programs and regulatory requirements * Strong knowledge of packaging design and production principles and practices * Experience with packaging testing and validation programs * Strong knowledge of packaging industry trends and best practices * Experience with packaging innovation and sustainability initiatives, such as circular economy or zero-waste programs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a member of our Packaging Strategy team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and initiatives that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and reduce our environmental footprint.
