Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues. Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Maintain a Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, ensuring that their interactions with Blithequark are memorable and satisfying. Document Customer Interactions: Document customer interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is captured. Provide Product and Service Information: Provide information about Blithequark's products and services, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Requirements Essential Qualifications: High-Speed Internet Connection: A reliable high-speed internet connection is required to perform the duties of this role. Quiet Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free workspace is necessary to ensure that you can focus on providing excellent customer service. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat. High School Diploma: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping are necessary to perform the duties of this role. Preferred Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree: An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
