Experienced Flatbed Dispatcher We're seeking a sharp and motivated Dispatcher to manage one dedicated OTR truck and 40ft flatbed. Your primary mission: keep this truck loaded, moving, and profitable. Key Responsibilities: · Secure high-paying freight through negotiation with brokers/shippers. · Plan efficient routes and manage the driver's schedule. · Maintain clear and constant communication with your driver. You're a Perfect Fit If You Have: · Proven experience in freight dispatching. · Strong skills in rate negotiation and broker relations. · The ability to work independently and proactively find loads.
