We are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and we believe that our employees are the driving force behind our success. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for: • Entering and updating data in database systems with speed and accuracy • Verifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors • Maintaining data integrity • Retrieving and organizing electronic files from designated websites • Reconciling vendor statements to invoices • Additional responsibilities as supervisor may assign **Desired Attributes** We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following attributes: • Some accounting knowledge is helpful but not required • Working knowledge of Great Plains is desired but not required • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively • Beginner to intermediate knowledge in Excel • Type 45 accurate words per minute or more • Able to sit for long periods of time • Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet team goals • Ability to analyze and apply company policies and procedures • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work both independently and within a group environment **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: • High school diploma • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) • General understanding of accounting functions • Detail-oriented while maintaining high productivity • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills • Proven ability to solve complex problems • Basic ability in Microsoft Excel • Type 45wpm **Work Environment** As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
