Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their issues. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty, making you an integral part of our mission to deliver value and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with a focus on providing timely and accurate information. Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Document customer interactions in our CRM system to track and manage issues efficiently. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and service delivery. Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and promotions to provide informed support. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service skills and team performance. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is an asset. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in French being a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace are also essential. You should be comfortable using various computer systems and software applications and be able to work independently while also being a team player. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with retail or e-commerce industries is advantageous. Experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Working Hours and Environment We offer flexible part-time positions with shifts scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, including evenings and weekends. You will be working remotely, which requires a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment. You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated to meet performance targets.
