You will be the primary point of contact for callers, providing accurate and empathetic responses to their inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Respond to a high volume of calls from students, parents, and educators seeking assistance with K-12 private school scholarships Provide accurate and empathetic support, addressing the varied needs of callers and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an excellent customer service experience Remain personable, compassionate, and empathetic during difficult or tense situations Work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, detail-orientation, and multitasking abilities Accurately type and navigate a computer, with comfort using PC and internet applications Essential Qualifications: At least one year of customer service or call center experience English proficiency Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during challenging situations Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and multitasking abilities Accurate typing and keyboard skills, with comfort using PC and internet applications Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a nonprofit or education-related field Familiarity with scholarship programs or financial aid processes Previous experience working in a remote environment Work Environment and Requirements: To work from home, all candidates must have: Wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download A secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace Blithequark will provide all necessary equipment for the role.
