As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of their medications. If you have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a high level of energy, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner * Resolve patient issues related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on medication and treatment options * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and internal teams * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** blithequark requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** * Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule) * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame) **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: * Minimum: $17.02 * Maximum: $27.16 Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
