As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals, families, and small group employees seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the Maryland Health Connection (MHC). If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong background in customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support to individuals, families, and small group employees seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services related to the Maryland Health Connection (MHC) * Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange * Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to perform tasks and duties for HIX customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure delivery of high-quality service * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare-related environment * Strong background in customer service principles, including empathy, active listening, and problem-solving * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * High-speed internet connection and personal computer with an i5 processor or higher (required for remote work) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with healthcare-related software and systems, including eligibility and enrollment portals * Familiarity with the Maryland Health Connection (MHC) and Maryland Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) programs * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support and resolve complex issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse populations * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
