You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized support, and help them navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Your expertise and enthusiasm will make a real difference in people's lives, and we're excited to have you on board. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry with precision and professionalism * Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations * Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies * Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and adapt to changing projects and updates * Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask with ease to meet performance and attendance-based incentives * Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory guidelines **Essential Qualifications** * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence * Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period and pass required exams to proceed through training and certifications **Preferred Experience** * Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry * Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act * Spanish Bilingual skills, a plus **What We Offer** * Paid Training and comprehensive onboarding program * Full-Time, Seasonal temp-to-permanent roles with opportunities for career growth and advancement * Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay * The convenience of working from home, with a collaborative and supportive team environment * 401K Match and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) benefits * Paid time off (PTO) and opportunities for professional development and growth **Compensation Details** * Base Pay: $14.50 per hour * Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance * Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour * Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance **Requirements** * 18 years of age or older * Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s * Dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period * Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period * Complete a background check and health screening * Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required * NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in people's lives, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
