We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (Concierge Associate) to join our member services team and digitally engage with members (users) and help them find the right healthcare for their needs. As a Concierge Associate, you'll serve as the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and support to our members. You'll become an expert on arenaflex's product, operations, and the needs of our members, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible support.
