Experienced Customer Order and Data Entry Specialist for Dynamic Government Projects – Utilizing Technical Expertise in Supply Systems and Database Management

This role is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to utilize their technical expertise in supply systems and database management to support our government projects. Job Overview The Customer Order and Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by accurately processing customer orders, managing databases, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data entry, order processing, and purchase orders, with the ability to follow technical written procedures and provide excellent customer service. This role is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home and in the office, with a scheduled 40 hours per week and no travel required. Key Responsibilities Follow technical written procedures for customer order demands, CMMS PR/PO Status, customer inquiries, and database management Provide data entry for manual and automated supply systems, including processing CMMS POs into BPM and SC360 systems Retain all files in the BPM Repository and add all required data to BPM Create customer orders and purchase requisitions in blithequark's SC360 system Double-check all orders for errors daily and process proof of deliveries Update shipped order information in government systems Perform other related duties as assigned, such as providing customer feedback, tracking customer inquiries, part resolution, and review of PR/PO data Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school degree and 2-4 years of related data entry experience Ability to obtain a secret clearance Strong skills in data entry, order processing, and purchase orders Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with government contracts and supply systems Knowledge of BPM and SC360 systems Experience with database management and data analysis Certifications in data entry or a related field Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
