You'll work closely with our Sales Leadership team to lead the total beverage marketing strategy and build strong relationships with key customers. If you're a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for customer relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute customer-specific marketing programs and actions to drive revenue and profit growth * Build strong relationships with marketing contacts of key customers and collaborate with Sales Leadership to lead the total beverage marketing strategy * Deliver insights and apply them to customer business, including consumer and industry trends * Construct annual marketing calendars and contribute to customer long-term planning processes * Conduct customer marketing stewardship reviews and provide customer business and opportunity assessments * Lead revenue-enhancing concept development with customers and drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, sales, or a related field * Proven track record of driving revenue and profit growth through strategic marketing initiatives * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field * Experience working in the beverage industry or a related field * Certification in marketing or a related field (e.g. CMM, CMO) * Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making * Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools **Skills and Competencies** * Strategic thinking and planning * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making * Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
