Our mission is to provide exceptional customer care and support, empowering our clients to make informed decisions about their financial futures. **Role Overview** As a Financial Service Client Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and clients. You'll be responsible for operational tasks, follow-ups, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. This is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a dynamic team. **Job Duties as a Financial Service Client Representative** * Support the onboarding process for new clients and manage accounts * Work with clients to ensure their dashboard accurately collects all relevant personal and financial information * Consolidate accounts and maintain confidentiality * Facilitate the collection of necessary statements/documents to transfer accounts to other accounts * Track the transfer process to ensure the cost basis is transferred over accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate the transfer process and track the status of each account transfer * Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities * Ensure proactive quarterly check-ins are completed for all clients * Proactively take responsibility for client requests, anticipating their needs and asking for help when necessary * Respond to client inquiries about the Dashboard in Intercom, client support inbox, client team inbox, internal issues reported, and feedback forms submitted from clients * Support in preparation and follow-up for client and prospective client meetings * Escalate technical issues, documenting updates, communicating to relevant stakeholders, and seeing it through to resolution * Catalog client feedback for product leads, incorporating ideas into the product roadmap **Qualifications** * Business Development and Account Management experience (A+) * Willingness to obtain a license or already having a license (A+) * Enjoy client services and create meaningful relationships with clients * Customer service skillset, sales background, and past remote work experience * Self-starter, independent, and entrepreneur-minded * Ability to articulate recommendations to teams across the company * Impeccable follow-through for clients, the executive team, and cross-functional teams * Outgoing personality and ability to adjust communication style based on a prospect/client's needs and attitude * Entry-level for transferrable skills **Working at blithequark** blithequark is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture that celebrates authenticity.
