Our Work From Home program offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals to work from the comfort of their own homes while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Client Support Agent, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or written correspondence, resolving complex issues and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Guiding clients through their benefits plan, arenaflex procedures, and resources, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options and opportunities. * Answering questions and resolving issues related to calls/letters from clients, providers, and various departments, escalating complex cases to senior staff as needed. * Chronicling and tracking contacts with clients, providers, and plan administrators to ensure seamless communication and resolution. * Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex products, services, and resources, as well as regulatory standards and requirements. * Building strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized support to ensure their best interests are met. * Identifying and addressing client needs, providing relevant information to answer unasked questions, and offering additional resources and support as needed. * Reviewing client plans and contracts to identify opportunities and limitations, ensuring accurate and timely communication of these findings. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, share knowledge, and improve processes. **Required Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree preferred * Previous customer service experience in a retail or call center environment, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving complex issues * Ability to work a second or third shift schedule, with a focus on either a morning or evening shift plan * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams * Familiarity with clinical terminology and medical procedures * Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on meeting production standards and deadlines * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and resolve complex issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, with a focus on benefits plans and resources * Ability to work in a production environment, with a focus on meeting production standards and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and limitations in client plans and contracts * Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements, with a focus on ensuring compliance and accuracy **Work Environment and Culture:** As an arenaflex team member, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
