Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Analyst, Leisure Products to contribute extensively to our Product Improvement team. As a scientific resource for leisure product drives, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and enhancing pricing models, ensuring accuracy, and producing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reporting for Leisure Products. Your expertise will help us optimize our pricing strategy, improve revenue, and deliver a remarkable customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage pricing, including mark-bolthires and limits, to ensure competitiveness and profitability Develop and improve current and new pricing models to drive business growth Support and lead new product initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial reporting for Leisure Products, including analysis and insights Monitor and analyze leisure product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth Conduct detailed competitive research using various sources to inform business decisions Perform ad-hoc research and analysis as requested by management Develop, maintain, and update the Product Improvement reporting suite to ensure data-driven decision-making Establish and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Serve as the primary point of contact for Avis and Budget, ensuring seamless communication and coordination Perform other duties as assigned by management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in a related field, such as data analysis, pricing strategy, or product development A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field Experience in the airline or hospitality industry is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the leisure travel market Preferred Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior management A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and driving business growth Strong systems skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with analysis tools such as SQL Server, Power BI, Python, or R Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth and Development At Sun Country Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
