**Experienced Account Manager – E-commerce Growth and Development**

You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Specifically, you'll be responsible for: * Studying product selection gaps and executing GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and customer base. * Growing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts. * Figuring out, prospecting, and obtaining high-ability sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. * Guiding dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help dealers obtain high requirements of delivery, customer enjoyment, and business objectives. * Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute strategies to attract key marketplace players to our e-commerce platform. * Build and maintain relationships with high-ability sellers to drive growth and revenue. * Provide guidance and support to dealers to help them achieve high requirements of delivery, customer enjoyment, and business objectives. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor problems and drive business growth. * Analyze market trends and competitor efforts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree required. * 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or a related industry. * Demonstrated ability to exceed income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs. * Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. * Commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication skills. * Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** * 2 years of e-commerce experience is a plus. * 3 years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter is a plus. * 3 years of direct sales experience is a plus. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong commercial enterprise judgment with a focus on sales and revenue growth. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. * Ability to analyze complex data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
