Bits of your job: Provide day-to-day support to the Email Marketing Team across ongoing projects and initiatives Contribute to online lead generation efforts through targeted email marketing activities Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns for multiple small brands Continuously monitor and research emerging trends in email marketing, customer retention, and digital marketing Design and develop engaging email templates, segmented mailing lists, and high-quality creative assets Implement and manage email campaigns targeting both cold and warm audiences And other assigned tasks Requirements Key expectations: Higher education Proficient in HTML/CSS and experienced with Email Marketing Platforms (i.e. Ontraport, Maropost, Mailchimp or similar) Well-versed in best practices for email marketing, including spam regulations, persuasive copy, structure, CTAs, and A/B testing Willingness to learn about email marketing and digital marketing fields Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving & organisational skills Time management skills (ability to set priorities and meet deadlines). Fluency in Lithuanian and English Bonus: Experience setting up campaigns/journeys on email marketing platforms (i.e. creating rules, setting up A/B testing) Salary: 1000-1500 €/mon. net Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
