Digital marketing manager for niche creator (content + subscription + course)
Niche content creator (content targeting ages 40+) seeks marketing manager. Content includes podcasts, courses, webinars, workshops, social posts, subscriptions, paywalled resources. Need someone to plan the work / work the plan. Prefer to pay flat weekly instead of hourly. MUST HAVES: - very terse communicator - low ego, high follow-through and accountability - please don't re-hash AI and call it your own - must be able to see what makes the content special and craft a plan for it (instead of just trying everything) - I have experience working with marginalized communities. I can work with you as long as you consistently give your best work. - must be a full-time freelancer - must have experience with paid ads - must have previous experience with niche content creators targeting ages 40+ who are trying to make money selling courses or subscriptions.
