Job Title: Digital Content Strategist Location: Lake Oswego, OR Our Division: Trimble AECO About the Role Are you a detail-oriented content expert with a strategic mindset and a passion for operational excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Content Strategist to serve as the owner and governor of compelling content across our website and key digital channels. As the Digital Content Strategist, you will be the lynchpin for content quality, workflow efficiency, and strategic performance. Your core focus will be translating business objectives into a seamless customer experience by defining and managing the process-from planning and creation through publishing and optimization. This is a hands-on role where you will establish key performance indicators (KPIs), drive the editorial calendar, implement strict brand and style governance, and actively audit content for technical functionality and accessibility. The ideal candidate thrives on both strategic analysis and the operational rigor required to ensure our digital content consistently drives audience engagement and business results What You Will Do • Support management of digital content strategy across Trimble digital properties and marketing-focused experiences • Manage content workflows and approvals; create and maintain editorial calendars to plan and schedule content creation • Govern content quality by ensuring all website content and assets strictly adhere to brand messaging and editorial style guidelines. • Write and edit website content, including landing pages, blog posts, resource center articles, and other digital assets. • Establish KPIs for content, monitor and analyze content performance, and conduct comprehensive content audits to inform content strategy. • Assist with QA, auditing, reviewing, and evolving digital content, checking for technical functionality, accessibility, and style consistency. • Support the development of expanded content strategies to leverage original content across channels and marketing efforts • Coordinate with other content teams across the sector and organization What Skills & Experience You Should Bring • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in content-related roles, including writing, editing, research, etc. • Proven ability developing content strategies across multiple platforms, formats and audience segments • Experience working in technology or SaaS preferred • Enthusiasm to take on challenges to help us evolve our digital content strategy across the customer journey and lifecycle • Customer obsessed with a drive to create highly engaging content • Strong baseline understanding of SEO principles and best practices • A proven track record delivering meaningful results in a complex digital ecosystem • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers and across matrixed teams to lead by influence Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Hiring Range $105,682.00-$142,676.00 Pay Rate Type Salary Bonus Eligible? Yes Commission Eligible?
