Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with any issues or concerns. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and services offered by The Home Depot in order to effectively assist customers. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company's values, products, and services to customers. Maintain a clean and organized work area to create a positive shopping environment for customers. Proactively approach customers and offer assistance to ensure they are finding what they need. Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products to customers. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met and tasks are completed. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets. Stay up to date on new products and promotions in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and a focus on finding a satisfactory resolution. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
