You will work closely with our store team to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and provide a positive shopping experience. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers * Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays * Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges * Recommend products and services to customers, driving sales growth and increasing customer satisfaction * Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and resolve customer issues * Participate in visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays * Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment * Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers **Customer Experience** * Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services * Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Interact with customers in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience **Operations** * Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service * Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items * Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested * Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed * Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records * Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) **Training & Personal Development** * Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate * Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge **Basic Qualifications** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Preferred Qualifications** * Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment * Prefer prior work experience with blithequark * Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $15 - $17.5 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive training and development programs * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Discounts on blithequark products and services * Access to employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
