Customer Service Analyst - American Express Data Entry (Remote)

Join Our Team and Deliver World-Class Customer Experiences We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Analyst to join our American Express Data Entry team. As a key member of our Customer Achievement Network (CFN) crew, you will deliver exceptional back-end customer care services to card members, providing solutions on credit balance refunds, reconciliation, and remediation, protection, and club rewards. Key Responsibilities: Process card member account renovations, inquiries, and requests for credit balance refunds, Express Cash, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market. Handle customer requests for consumer customers within special timeframes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries. Conduct thorough evaluations of credit balance refund requests, analyzing available information to prevent losses to the enterprise. Provide meaningful expertise and ongoing support to operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution. Respond to all customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining a customer-first ethos and adhering to quality and compliance guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bank-end operations. Proven track record of excellent customer service skills, with superior written and verbal communication abilities. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with excellent presentation skills. Experience with systems such as Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Green Monitors is an asset.
