Call Center Representative - Weekend Remote Jobs

Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic remote team over the weekends. As a key point of contact between the company and its valued customers, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and effective service. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, communicating with people, and making a meaningful impact—all from the comfort of home. Key Responsibilities • * Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries in a professional and friendly manner • * Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction • * Provide product and service information to customers • * Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary • * Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system • * Maintain knowledge of company products, promotions, and updates • * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards • ✅ Required Skills and Qualifications • * High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills • * Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities • * Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems • * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • * Ability to maintain a positive attitude even during high-stress situations • * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience • * 1+ year of experience in a customer service, help desk, or call center environment preferred • * Previous remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory • * Fresh graduates or candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply • ⏰ Working Hours • * Saturday and Sunday shifts only • * Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available (flexibility preferred) • * Up to 16–20 hours per week, depending on shift assignment • * Must be available to attend initial virtual training session (weekday availability required for training) • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Familiarity with customer service practices and principles • * Ability to type 35+ words per minute • * Knowledge of call center technology and practices is beneficial • * Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • * Ability to work well both independently and in a virtual team environment • Benefits • * Competitive hourly pay • * Remote work flexibility • * Paid virtual training • * Weekly or bi-weekly pay cycles • * Opportunity for permanent placement and advancement • * Access to employee discount programs • * Supportive, inclusive company culture • Why Join Progressive Technology?
