Requirements Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media. Communicate our value proposition effectively to generate interest. Schedule appointments for the sales team based on leads generated. Conduct follow-ups to maintain relationships with prospects and address their inquiries. Update and maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM system. Monitor outreach results and adjust strategies as necessary for effectiveness. Stay informed about our offerings and industry developments to better engage with leads. Requirements Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to build relationships and establish trust with potential clients. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management is beneficial. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
