As a Virtual Client Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely support. Resolve client issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. Provide guidance on American Express products and services, assisting with account management, billing, and transactions. Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to internal teams. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to ensure clients receive accurate information. Document client interactions and maintain records in company systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection standards. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace. Preferred: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or call center software.
