Required Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems. • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote positions.
